Services

What we build

Four capabilities that cover a property from bare land to finished garden. Take one of them or the whole sequence — either way it is one contract and one point of responsibility.

01 — Development

Property development

We take sites from raw potential to a consented, buildable project. That means being straight with you early: if the numbers or the planning rules don’t work, you want to know at feasibility stage, not after you’ve spent money on design.

  • Feasibility and site appraisal — yield, constraints, and a realistic cost envelope
  • Consenting — resource and building consent applications, and council liaison through to sign-off
  • Subdivision works — earthworks, services, access and civil infrastructure
  • Multi-unit residential — townhouse and terrace developments
  • Development management — consultants, programme and budget coordinated end to end

02 — Construction

Construction

New builds and light commercial work carried out by Licensed Building Practitioners, inspected at every stage and handed over with full code compliance documentation.

  • New homes — architectural and standard-plan builds, single or multi-level
  • Townhouses and terraces — repeatable multi-unit residential
  • Light commercial — small commercial buildings, fit-outs and tenancy works
  • Alterations and additions — extensions, second storeys, structural reconfiguration
  • Remedial and structural work — foundations, piling, re-levelling and strengthening

03 — Renovation

Renovation

Renovations are where surprises live. We open up, investigate, and price the contingency honestly rather than discovering it halfway through and handing you a bill.

  • Kitchens and bathrooms — full replacement including plumbing, electrical and waterproofing
  • Full-home renovations — villas, bungalows and mid-century homes brought up to standard
  • Weathertightness remediation — investigation, targeted repair and recladding
  • Insulation, heating and ventilation — Healthy Homes compliance for rentals
  • Interior reconfiguration — opening up layouts, new joinery and finishes

04 — Gardening

Gardening & landscaping

A build isn’t finished when the scaffolding comes down. Our landscaping crew handles the ground, the structures and the planting — and can keep maintaining it afterwards.

  • Landscape design and build — levels, drainage, paving and planting plans
  • Decks, fences and pergolas — timber and composite outdoor structures
  • Retaining walls — engineered retaining for sloping sites
  • Planting and turf — natives, hedging, garden beds and lawn establishment
  • Ongoing maintenance — scheduled grounds care for homes and commercial properties

What to expect

The same four steps on every job

Whether it’s a garden or a subdivision, the process doesn’t change.

  1. Consult

Site visit, a proper conversation about what you want, and an honest read on feasibility and budget.

  2. Quote

Written, itemised, with scope, materials, programme and exclusions all stated. No vague allowances.

  3. Build

One named project manager, regular updates, inspections booked on time, variations agreed in writing first.

  4. Handover

Final inspection, code compliance certificate documentation, site left clean, and a defects period we honour.
