Price it honestly
An itemised quote with real numbers, stated exclusions, and a contingency we can justify. If we can’t price something accurately yet, we say so rather than burying it in an allowance.
About Beni
That line is on our logo, and it is the whole argument. Good building is expected. What clients actually remember is whether the process was straight with them.

Who we are
Beni Ltd is a New Zealand construction company working across property development, residential and light commercial construction, renovation, and landscaping. We serve homeowners and commercial property clients throughout Auckland. If your project sits outside that area, ask anyway — depending on scale and timing we can often make it work, and if we can’t we’ll say so straight away rather than waste your time.
Most builders hand you off — one company for the build, another for the consenting, another again for the garden. Every hand-off is a gap where cost and blame collect. We kept all four capabilities in-house specifically so there is nobody else to point at.
That means a single contract, a single project manager, and one company answerable for the finished property.
How we work
An itemised quote with real numbers, stated exclusions, and a contingency we can justify. If we can’t price something accurately yet, we say so rather than burying it in an allowance.
Bad news does not improve with age. If the ground conditions are worse than expected or a material is delayed, you hear it that week — with options, not just a problem.
Work carried out by Licensed Building Practitioners, inspected at every required stage, and signed off against the New Zealand Building Code. No shortcuts that show up in five years.
Credentials
Restricted building work in New Zealand has to be carried out or supervised by a Licensed Building Practitioner. Ours is — and we carry public liability cover on every job.
Every Beni site is run under a documented health and safety plan in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 — site inductions, hazard registers, and subcontractor sign-on. It protects our crew, and it protects you as the person whose property the work happens on.
